Instructions
08377 GREEK SALAD INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 250 g of ripe tomatoes from 1 large cucumber, salad, 1 onion, 100 g of black olives, green pepper, 1 170 g of feta, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 3 olive oil, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 clove of garlic, 1 handful of fresh basil leaves, salt, black pepper.
Cooking: 2ø minutes wash the vegetables raw.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and sliced peppers, after having removed the seeds.
Peel the cucumber, slice it thinly, as the onion.
Cut the feta into small dice and pitted olives.
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl and mix well.
In a bowl, prepare the dressing with remaining ingredients.
Chop the basil leaves before adding them and lasciatene what a whole for garnish.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
