Instructions

2_19184 TORTELLI STUFFED with APPLES 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS for the dough: 350 g flour, 80 g of butter, 70 g sugar, 20 g Brewer's yeast, 3 egg yolks, a sachet of vanilla, salt.

400 ml peanut oil for frying.

Melt the yeast in 100 ml of lukewarm water; 200 g sifted flour into a bowl with a pinch of salt.

Pour the water with the dissolved yeast into the bowl and work the mixture with a whisk; cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let rise for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the filling; Peel the apples with a sharp knife, cut them in half, remove the stalk, core, cut them into wedges and raccoglietele in a saucepan.

Take the mixture and transfer it back onto the floured work surface.

Formed with the dough long loaves, about 4 cm in diameter and with a knife, cut the loaves into chunks of approximately 2, 5 cm.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and bring it edges at room temperature (try the temperature dipping a piece of bread, should be formed around of bubbles).
