Tortelli stuffed with
Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, egg yolks, marsala, grated lemon peel.
Take a browse, cut into lots of disks; at the center of each place a little jam, folded in half, sealed the edges and FRY in hot oil.
Strain and serve cold tortelli.

- 300 g of 00 flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- Lemon zest
- Apricot jam
- Olive oil
