Instructions

08179 FISH and corn SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE: 1 kg of fish a pack of frozen sweet corn extrafino; a strain of lettuce; a stalk of celery; a carrot; a leek; a leaf of Laurel; a sprig of thyme; a hard-boiled egg; a Roasted Peppers; 2 spoonfuls of vinegar; 6 tablespoons oil; salt.

Put in a saucepan the carrot, celery, leek, salted water, add the bay leaf and thyme and cook for 20 minutes.

Place the fish; When cooked, let cool in its broth.

Cut the lettuce into thin slices, chop the tender leaves of the celery.

Boiled maize as indicated on the package.

Cut the hard boiled egg and pepper boxes, mixed with oil and vinegar, then add salt.

Put the salad in a bowl and cover with corn mixed with celery and diced fish.

Serve with the sauce.
