Fish and barley soup
Instructions
04955 FISH and barley SOUP Heat 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and let Brown 200 g of chopped onions, stir and pour 50 g of tomato and chili pepper into rings.
Pour 3 l of water, bring to a boil and add 400 g mix for frozen fish soup.
Please return to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes, add salt and pepper.
At this point add 300 g Pearl barley and let it cook for 25 minutes or the time indicated on the package.
When cooked, sprayed with the juice of 1/2 lemon and serve.
