Instructions
08447 GREEK SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE, 4 tomatoes 2 cucumbers, red onion, green pepper, 80 g feta cheese, 50 g of Greek black olives, one teaspoon of dried oregano, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, a sprinkling of pepper, salt.
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and remove them the petiole.
Divide them in half and reduce it in segments.
Check the cucumbers, wash them, dry them and cut them into rings of 3 mm thickness.
Peel the onion, rinse it, dry it and divide into 4 parts, obtaining of cloves; then thinly slice them up.
Wash and dry peppers.
Remove the stem, seeds and pith.
Cut it into slices 1/2 horizontal cm.
Drain the olives from the liquid.
Cut the feta into cubes of 2 cm.
Put a pinch of salt in a small bowl with the vinegar.
Beat with a fork or small whisk by hand, until the salt is completely dissolved.
Add the oil, pouring it and continuing to beat with the whip.
Place all vegetables in a bowl.
Add the cheese and mix well.
Transfer the vegetables and cheese on a serving dish.
Sprayed the salad with the dressing.
Sprinkle the pepper over the surface, sprinkle oregano salad and serve.
