Instructions

09000 CHICKEN with PEPPERS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of peppers; Reds, Greens and yellows; 500 g tomatoes; a chicken to 1, 250 kg; 60 g butter; 1 onion; 1 garlic clove; half a glass of Porto; some bay leaf and Sage; a bunch of Basil; green olives and capers; salt and pepper.
