Chicken with peppers alla romana
Instructions
Fry the bacon in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add chicken and seasoning then roast it with salt and pepper.
Combine 1 clove of crushed garlic, chopped Marjoram and tomatoes peeled and cut into small pieces.
Lively simmer, by spraying with wine.
By cut the peppers into strips of 2 cm, FRY in a pan with 1 clove of garlic and oil, then, once cooked, combine the chicken, mix well and serve.

- 1 chicken cut into 8 pieces
- 50 g of pork cheek
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of fresh marjoram
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 300 g of san marzano tomatoes
- 2 yellow and red peppers
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
