Instructions

10455 FOCACCIA with CRESCENZA CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of flour, a teaspoon of salt, extra-virgin olive oil, a glass of water, 1/2 kg of cheese, soft.

Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, 4 or 5 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, water should be rather dry and, of course, supple.

Grease 2 Baking trays from the edge, with a diameter of 25 cm, helping you with your hands.

Roll out dough discs 4 with a rolling pin and roll the dough with your hands to bring it to the thickness as thin as possible.

Put the first sheet of dough on the baking tray and cover with cheese, soft flakes, you have torn with fingers, placing them a few inches away from each other.

Cover with the second sheet and cut the excess dough.

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and bake at 280ø.

for no longer than one minute.

When cooked, sprinkled with a little olive oil.

Proceed in this manner with the other trays.

Serve.
