Instructions

10478 RUSTIC BREAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of wheat flour, a packet of instant yeast, 20 cl of lukewarm water, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons dried oregano, 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Mix well the flour with the yeast, lukewarm water, pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons oregano and olive oil 4, in order to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Let rise for 30 minutes, then roll it out on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 240ø.
