Instructions

10487 POTATO CAKE and BACCALA ' INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 1 pack of mashed potatoes, 250 g of cod without salt, 100 g of tomatoes, 1 pack of cream, 50 g of black olives, 1/4 l of milk, 3 eggs, 25 g butter, spices, salt, pepper.

Heat the tomato pulp with cream and spices; Add the cod chopped and cook for 2 minutes.

Prepare the mashed potatoes with 200 ml of water, milk, butter and a teaspoon of salt; pour into a mold from the cake so that it overlaps the bottom and walls.

Beat the eggs and mix together the tomato mixture and salt cod, pour it into the mold and decorate with olives.

Bake in medium oven until it is solid (30 minutes).
