Potato Cake (Torta di Patate)
Instructions
Cut into slices boiled potatoes, onion and mozzarella.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil, place on the bottom half of the potatoes, sprinkle with olive oil, mozzarella and parsley.
Make another layer of potatoes, cover with onion and breadcrumbs.
Drizzle with olive oil and place in hot oven for 20 minutes.

- 500 g of potatoes
- 300 g of mozzarella
- 1 red onion
- 60 g of breadcrumbs
- 80 g of olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt
