Instructions

15340 PUFF PASTRY with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 roll of puff pastry, 1 stick of celery or scallions, white pepper 1 red, 1 yellow pepper, 2 2 aubergines, courgettes, 100 g of ripe tomatoes, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, chopped fresh oregano, salt.

Wash and finely chop the vegetables and let them jump in a little oil.

Add salt and add the chopped oregano.

Let cool and keep aside in a refrigerator.

Place the pastry on a floured work surface and fill with stuffing.

Roll it up by both sides to the center of the dough, flatten slightly with fingers and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Cut the roll into slices about 1 cm thick, appoggiatele on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle of grated Parmesan and place in the oven already warm at 180° for about 20 minutes.

Serve.
