Pizza with onions and pine nuts

15348 PIZZETE with onion and PINE NUTS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g flour, 1 packet of instant yeast for pizza, 2 sachets of Saffron, sugar 10 g, 10 g of salt, 125 g of mozzarella, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 250 g red onions, 30 g of pine nuts, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt.
Knead flour, yeast, saffron, sugar, oil and water, add the diced mozzarella and mix well.
Cut the onions into rings and put them to drain with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a large greased baking oil, then cover with the sliced onions.
Salted lightly, add the pine nuts and olive oil and cook in preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
