Pizza with onions
Instructions
Peel the onions and thin thickly.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and let them dry for about 10 minutes, stirring almost continuously.
Season with salt and pepper, cover and continue cooking for about half an hour, stirring occasionally, making sure not to attack.
Wet if necessary every so often with a tablespoon of water taking note that when cooked should be dry.
Lightly scrape the anchovies, rinse, tamponatele with kitchen paper and divide them to threads.
Pitted olives and divide them into two.
Lightly grease a pan from tarts, low edges, with a diameter of 28 cm and roll out the dough into a thin layer, a little rialzandola all around.
Put the onions in a uniform manner and the anchovy fillets are arranged in a radial pattern.
Between a beam and the other, place the half olives harmoniously.
Put the pizza in the oven heated to 200 degrees before putting the rack in the lowest position.
Cook for about three quarters of an hour and serve warm or lukewarm.

- 300 g of bread dough
- 1000 g of white onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g of salted anchovies
- 50 g of black olives
