Apple cider sorbet
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g apples granny smith, type 45 cl of liquid honey, cider 50 cl brut, 20 g of dark chocolate.
Peel and cut apples into small pieces, put them in a blender and reduce them in mashed.
Pour it into a bowl, add the honey, cider and stir well to mix the ingredients.
Let thicken in a sorbet machine.
10 minutes before serving the sorbet, chop chocolate, roll it out on a metal plate and leave it in the refrigerator.
Distribute the sherbet balls into bowls, garnish with chocolate flakes and serve immediately.
