Cinnamon sorbet
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 5 cups water, 1 cup of granulated sugar, a stick of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of cold water, a spoon full of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Boil the 5 cups water with cinnamon until the water takes in colour, flavour and is reduced to 4 cups.
Add sugar and let boil for 5 minutes.
Dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of cold water and add to the previously prepared.
Simmer for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat, let cool, pour the lemon juice and strain the mixture.
When preparing has cooled, place it in the freezer and, halfway through, turn cooling why not sorbet solidifies too.
Repeat this two or three times until the sorbet is ready.
