Chocolate flan and coffee
Instructions
17666 CHOCOLATE & coffee FLAN ingredients 4 PERSONS 200 g of dark chocolate (8 bars), 600 ml milk, 100 g sugar, 3 egg yolks, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee.
PROCEDURE warm milk, add chocolate, instant coffee, sugar, and mecolate as required.
Beat the eggs with the egg yolks, poured in, little by little, stirring continuously.
Finely cast and pour it into the mold by caramel flan.
Cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, for about 50 minutes.
Let cool.
Decorate with icing sugar and mint leaves, served with whipped cream.
