Apricot cake 2
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the flour and cornflour, then the melted butter and milk.
Add the apricots into pieces and baking powder sifted, stir.
Pour everything into a pan of 20/25 cm in diameter greased and sprinkled with flour and put in the oven already warm at 180°
Simmer for about an hour.
Remove the cake from the oven, sprinkle with apricots cut into wedges and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- 100 g cornflour
- 400 g of apricots
- 170 g of sugar
- 150 g milk
- 70 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
