Instructions

18701 Grape CAKE INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 500 g of white and black grapes with very large berries, 100 g sugar, 100 g of flour, 2 eggs, 2 dl milk, icing sugar, 1 pinch of salt.

PROCEDURE Wash the grapes, remove the berries from the bunches and dry.

Grease a baking dish of 20 cm in diameter, put the grapes, alternating colors, then spolverizzateli with 50 g of caster sugar.

In a large bowl place the flour, remaining sugar and salt and mix vigorously to obtain a homogeneous compound.

Add the eggs and mix.

Add the milk and stir again.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish, cover, but not completely, the grapes.

Bake in hot oven at 180° for about 30-35 minutes, until the mixture is firm.

Remove from oven, let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
