Instructions

2_18152 coffee CAKE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 tablespoons of cornstarch, 5 tablespoons full of sugar, 4 tablespoons of flour, a teaspoon of instant coffee, 4 eggs, one packet of yeast, a pinch of salt, 300 g cream, 50 g of icing sugar.

Place egg yolks in a bowl with the sugar, beating until you get a fluffy.

Carefully fold the egg whites, cornstarch, flour, instant coffee, baking powder and salt, and mix everything gently without beating.

Pour the mixture into a mold with a diameter of an inch or more, buttered and floured previously.

Put it in the oven at medium temperature for 50 minutes and dessert, turn out when it is cold.

Meanwhile, whip the cream with the icing sugar, decorated with this cake and serve.
