Beat the butter with the sugar, Add flour and potato flour, coffee and eggs, one at a time, embedding them very well.
Finally add the yeast.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking sheet, bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
When is cold garnish the cake with coffee cream and coffee beans.
