Rhubarb tart with spiced bread

Finely chopped spiced bread and place it in a bowl.
Add the sugar and stir with a wooden spoon.
Remove from the refrigerator the mold lined with pasta BRISA; spread on the bottom half of crumbled bread, cover with the bits of r ' beard ' or and cover with the remaining bread.
Bake and cook about an hour.
When cooked, remove from oven, let rest, then put the tart.
Serve the cake warm.
