Rhubarb wine
Instructions
Soak the roots in the brandy for 8 days.
Apart from preparing the sugar and orange peel in the wine.
Mix the two preparations, remove the orange peel, let it sit for 8 days, filter and store in tightly closed bottle.
A glass before a meal.
Useful to awaken your appetite.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 100 g of dried rhubarb roots
- 100 cl of 28 degrees brandy
- 100 g of sugar
- 10 g of peel
- 100 cl of red wine
