Instructions

19484 CRUNCHY INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 50 g flour, 50 g dehydrated pineapple, 50 g of dried papaya, 180 g of flaked oats?, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 100 g honey 100 g butter addition that grease the mould, a teaspoon of vanilla powder.

Preheat oven to 180° Grease a mould 18 cm square side.

Sift the flour; coarsely chopped pieces of pineapple and papaya.

In a salad bowl mix the flakes of oats, flour and one tablespoon of sesame seeds.

Pour the honey and butter in a saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon, melt the butter over medium heat.

Pour, stirring, in large bowl and mix.

Roll out half the dough into the mold, in an even layer.

Put the pieces of pineapple and papaya, then sprinkle with vanilla and cover with the rest of the dough.

Spread the remaining sesame seeds and cook for 25 mins in hot oven: the dough should take a golden color.

Once out of the oven, with a knife, draw signs for 3 strips 5 cm in width.

Let cool in pan, then transfer the cake to a serving platter and cut the strips by following the signs.

Served fresh.
