Toast the almonds in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.
Let cool, then coarsely chopping.
Put the sugar into a large pan with a few tablespoons of water and melt gently focus.
Pour the almonds and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
After a few minutes, pour the crisp on a shelf oil and grease form a layer about 1 cm.
Allow to cool and cut the brittle into pieces.
