Melon and watermelon with coconut
Instructions
MELON and WATERMELON 20033 with COCONUT CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 tablespoons condensed milk, 1 small watermelon, melon, 1 200 ml of cream, 3 eggs, 4 tablespoons of coconut liqueur 2 tablespoons shredded coconut.
PROCEDURE Divide the melon in half, remove the seeds and, with a suitable tool, remove the pulp forming balls; in the same way prepare the watermelon, then put the whole thing in the fridge.
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, mix them with the milk, the cream and bake Bain-Marie stirring constantly just enough to thicken the cream slightly; Add the coconut and the liquor and let cool.
Finally incorporated the egg whites.
Place the balls of melon and watermelon in a bowl and cover with very cold cream.
