20124 APPLESAUCE and plums INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 apples, 100 g prunes, 100 g of dried apricots, 1 piece of cinnamon, 4 tablespoons honey, 1 lemon.
Peel the apples, cut them into 4 pieces and cook in a little water with the lemon juice and cinnamon for a few minutes.
Divide the fruit into 4 bowls and sprinkle with a tablespoon of honey; mixed with caution.
Serve.
