Green tomato tartlets
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 8 PERSONS 4 green tomatoes, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon chopped ginger, 5 cl of wine vinegar, 2 cloves, 10 g butter, 4 small pastries of puff pastry, salt, black pepper.
