Instructions

00624 PUFF PASTRY with asparagus and RED PEPPER CREAM SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE one package of frozen puff pastry, a bunch of asparagus, one egg, 3 bell peppers, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, parsley, salt and pepper.

Let dough thaw.

Roll out the dough on the work surface, with the rolling pin; cut into rectangles and spennellatela with beaten egg.

Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and place in the oven already warm (200°) until the dough is lightly golden.

Delete the hard part of the asparagus and cook them in salted water until tender.

Drain them, dry them and put them aside.

Wrap the peppers in foil and cook in the oven until tender, peel them and toss them in a blender with mayonnaise until obtaining a fine paste.

Arrange the asparagus on top of the puff pastry and cover with the sauce of peppers.
