Instructions

00832 PUFF PASTRY with MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of ready-made puff pastry, 300 g mushrooms champignons, 70 g ham, 2 cloves of garlic, an onion, olive oil, salt, pepper and mushrooms washed Clean by deleting the earthy parts and slice them up.

Peel the onion and the cloves of garlic, mince together and let them dry in a pan with a little oil until they begin to stain.

Add 50 g of mushrooms and diced ham, stir and cook for 5 m.

Mince the mixture, until obtaining a homogeneous paste, salt and pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry, crop it into squares of about 10 cm on each side and spread the mixture before leaving a border of a cm.

Arrange the slices of time remaining mushrooms and sprayed with a little oil.
