Instructions

00882 PUFF PASTRY with BRIE and OLIVES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 rolls of ready-made puff pastry, 8 slices of Brie cheese, 50 g of black olives, 50 g of grated Parmesan, 1/2 clove garlic, egg, flour, salt and pepper, Pitted olives and chop with garlic and a tablespoon of olive oil until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
