Instructions

01469 CAULIFLOWER FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 1 pack of mashed potatoes, cauliflower, 1 1/2 l of milk, 25 g butter, 100 g of grated cheese 4 eggs, flour, salt, nutmeg.

Prepare the mashed potatoes with 1/2 l of water, milk, butter and salt.

Cook the cauliflower, chopped, salted water; drain and mix it with the mashed potato, the cheese and the beaten eggs; Add salt and grated nutmeg.

Pour it in a pan greased with butter and bake in medium oven until the pie is solidified, 30-35 minutes.
