Rice and asparagus soup (minestra di riso e asparagi)

TITOLOMINESTRA 04065 rice and ASPARAGUS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE, 80 g of rice 200 g of frozen asparagus, 1/2 onion, 60 g ham, 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 litre of broth, 4 teaspoons of margarine.
Finely chop the onion along with the ham, brown them in a pan with margarine and soon joined the tips of asparagus cut into small pieces.
Add the rice and, little by little, the broth.
Simmer for 35 minutes more and serve sprinkling grated Parmesan soup.
