04959 CHICKPEA SOUP INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 300 g of cooked chickpeas, 2 celery sticks; 3 potatoes; an onion; 2 cloves of garlic; 2 carrots; a l vegetable broth; 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and thinly sliced Peeled onion, washed and clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
Peel the cloves of garlic.
In a tall pot heat the oil and sauté the onion slightly.
Before the sauce browned add the veggies into pieces, the whole cloves of garlic and a few grains of crushed pepper.

Pour the broth into the Pan and cook for 30 minutes.
When cooked, add the chickpeas, stir, add salt and flavored with parsley.
