Put the chickpeas to soak overnight in cold water, drain and pour in a pan (possibly clay), taking care that they are covered by at least an inch of water.
Let them boil over very low for at least 5 hours, adding garlic, salt, oregano or parsley, pepper.
Bake again for about half an hour and serve.
If you want more aggiungetegli of creamy chickpeas pureeing type purees.
