05875 PEPPERS ROLLED to BARI INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g yellow pepper 60 g breadcrumbs, 4 anchovy fillets, 20 g of capers, 15 g of pine nuts, 10 g raisins, 50 g extra virgin olive oil, a bunch of parsley, salt and pepper.
Clean the parsley, wash it and dry it, then tritatelo; also chopped anchovies, capers, raisins, pine nuts.
Together the mince in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, 20 g of oil and mix; the mixture should be smooth and consistent.
Grilled baked peppers, Peel and cut them into rectangles.
Distributed over each rectangle a little stuffing, roll them up forming of spring rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking dish, greased with oil, decorate with more oil and place usually put, already hot to 180° for 15 minutes.
Baked and served immediately.
