Peppers parmigiana
Instructions
Scalded the peppers on the grill so that they Peel easily.
Cut into large strips lengthwise, discarding seeds.
In a baking sheet greased with oil, put a layer of peppers and sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped Basil and capers.
Alternate layers until ingredients, ending with a layer of tomato, basil, capers and freshly ground black pepper.
Pour the oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan; Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
