Pear filled with pescatrice
Instructions
PEAR FILLED with PESCATRICE 07019 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 big, 1 PEAR slice of angler fish, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 leg of celery, 1 piece of cinnamon, 100 ml of white wine, 3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
PROCEEDING In a little oil fry the onion, carrot and celery chopped everything.
When it is cooked, add the diced and fried fish still by salting and peppering.
Cut the PEAR, scavatela horizontally and fill it with the mixture obtained above.
Gilds steamed with wine, a little water and cinnamon; then add the milk and broth simmer all until the mixture liquid will be reduced by half.
