Pear flan
Instructions
On the bottom of the mold to flan, well buttered, place the diced pears.
Meanwhile boil 1 litre of milk with the vanilla; then mix with well-beaten eggs, sugar and cream.
Pour on pears into the mold.
Broil in the oven until the flan won't be golden on the surface.
Allow to cool and remove from oven.
Serve garnished with PEAR pieces.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 peeled pears
- 2 envelopes of vanillin
- 10 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 20 cl of cooking cream
- Butter
- 100 cl of milk
