Chocolate budinetti
Instructions
Make a béchamel sauce, dissolving the flour into milk and cook it with the butter until it is wrinkled, stirring constantly.
Add the chocolate and sugar and let boil, stirring, until it is thick.
Squirt with the small individual metal stencils liqueur and pour the cream.
Put a freeze.
Meanwhile on a prepared dish a fresh fruit salad or in syrup, and capovolgetevi over the budinetti.
Garnish with whipped cream and candied fruit.

- 100 cl of poor milk
- 50 g of butter
