Work the eggs and sugar for 15 minutes.
Add cocoa and continue to mount; then the butter and the crushed biscuits and hazelnuts, toasted in the oven earlier, free from skin and cut up, always fitting.
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, oiled, just pour the mixture, smoothing out well and place in the fridge for 3 hours.
