2_03885 PESTOPENNE PENNE AL PESTO INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g penne, a sprig of fresh basil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt.
Remove the basil leaves from sprigs; wash, tamponatele with kitchen paper and place them in the mixing bowl of food processor.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water; drain and pour prepared sauce and 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
Transfer the dough in individual plates, garnish with a few leaves of fresh basil and serve.
