Gratin of cod with seafood

3_07131 GRATIN of COD with SEAFOOD INGREDIENTS for 4-6 PERSONS 500 g cod fillets already cleaned, 150 g walnuts of Saint-Jacques, 120 g of pre-cooked shrimp tails, 60 g butter, 30 g of flour, 12 cl of cream, 12 cl of milk, 8 cl white wine 80 g of grated cheese, 2 onions, 40 g of breadcrumbs, 2 sprigs of parsley, salt, pepper.
Grease a baking dish and Preheat oven to 180ø.
Cut the cod fillets into chunks and half the walnuts Saint-Jacques.
Cut shrimp in half.
Peel the onions and chop finely.
In a saucepan melt 40 g of butter and the flour tostatevi: Cook to moderate flame stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon.
When the mixture is smooth and without lumps, remove from heat.
Gradually add the wine, stirring constantly; then add the cream and the milk.
Put on the heat, bring to a boil, lower the heat, stir and let the sauce thickens.
Then add cheese, bread crumbs and chopped onions.
Add salt and pepper.
In a saucepan melt the butter and let them rest Brown walnuts Saint-Jacques and cod.
Then pour the chunks of cod and the Saint-Jacques to the prepared sauce, as well as small pieces of shrimp: mix and pour the mixture into the baking pan previously greased.
Bake and cook 35 minutes.
When cooked, remove from oven and let stand a few minutes.
Sprinkle over the chopped parsley and serve.
