Gratin of celery
Instructions
Clean the celery ribs and eliminating the filaments.
Parboil for 5 minutes in salted water.
Put, Pat dry and cut them in half without them, cover them with water, add chopped onion and carrot, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper and cook over a moderate heat for about 45 minutes.
Drain the celery, divide them into quarters and let cool.
Place in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, spray them with oil and grill them in the oven.
Serve hot.
