Grilled with butter flavored fillet
Instructions
3_06060 GRILLED FILLET with SPICED BUTTER INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets from approximately 200 g each.
For the butter: pepper 125 g butter, a yellow pepper, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano 2 tablespoons chives scissor kick.
For the garlic butter: 125 g butter, chopped 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 onions.
Cut the fillets with 4 side pockets.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, pith, and cut into strips.
Place on a plate and place in the oven and grill with the skin facing upwards.
When the skin is blackened, remove from oven, let cool, shave it and cut it into cubes.
Work the butter with a fork until obtaining a cream ointment; stir paprika, oregano and chives; mix to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Work the butter to get a cream; stir the chopped garlic and onions and stir until a smooth cream.

Heat on the stove a plate with non-stick coating and bake the fillets 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve hot with a salad and French fries.
