Black and white pudding
Instructions
Mix in 3 glasses of milk 100 g flour, 150 g sugar, 50 g of butter, a pinch of salt and a packet of vanillin.
Bring to heat and, stirring constantly, to thicken sweet flame.
As soon as it reaches a boil, pour half the cream into pudding mold.
Incorporate the remaining half 100 g dark chocolate crumbs and mix well.
Pour the cream on and be firm in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Serve the custard garnished with whipped cream.
