Pudding d'Alba
Instructions
Put in a saucepan the milk, sugar and vanilla and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, you put the isinglass to soften.
When the milk boils place the isinglass, let it melt and cool.
When will almost built-in cold whipped cream lightly, pour into a mold with the bottom covered with caramel and let rest in refrigerator 6 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 25 cl of milk
- 25 cl of cream
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 1/2 sheets of isinglass
- Orange liqueur
