Pudding cake

Quick to prepare this dessert because you can also use ready-made puddings or powder.
Prepare the pudding according to the instructions and split it into two parts, one of 2/3 and a 1/3 to which you add chocolate (75 g melted Bain-Marie).
Take now a pudding mold with the bottom decorated and pour 1/3 of cream pudding, place in freezer for 10 minutes, cover with a disc of sponge cake, (in the absence of cookies you can use type ladyfingers).
Brush with alkermes liqueur, pour the chocolate pudding, cool again for 10 minutes in the freezer, then the application second disc of sponge cake, brush back of alkermes and finish with cream pudding covered by the last layer of sponge cake.
Refrigerate for a few hours, dessert, turn out and decorate with candied cherries or more to your taste.

- 1 liter of ready taste cream pudding and chocolate
- 1 pack of sponge cake
- 1 cup alkermes
