Chestnut Pudding (Budino di Marroni)
Instructions
Peel and boil the chestnuts with 1 pinch of salt, pass them through a sieve and mix with a syrup made from sugar dissolved in a little water.
Mix thoroughly, add the pine nuts, chopped cedar, washed and dried raisins and rum.
Pour the mixture into 1 mold and put it in the fridge.
Before serving, unmold and serve with whipped cream.

- 150 g of sugar
- 20 g of candied citron, raisins and pine nuts
